JMC Hen Neck Feathers
Hen neck feathers are softer and more mobile than rooster feathers, making them ideal for creating effective fly patterns for river and lake fishing. The soft hackles of hen neck feathers are excellent for tying wet flies and can even be used in streamer patterns. Similar to rooster neck feathers, it's possible to select feathers directly from the hen neck to ensure the correct fiber length for your hook size. Several colors are available to create patterns suited to different seasons and fishing conditions.
