and maneuverability—long enough to X-Line Broken Rings (x10) past tight stream bank cover without feeling cumbersome when navigating narrow trails, and it collapses down to a packable size that fits easily in a hiking backpack.
Rated for 10-30g lures, the rod has a sensitive tip that picks up subtle trout bites, while retaining enough backbone to set the hook solidly and fight feisty medium-sized fish without excessive flex. It pairs seamlessly with the Lexica Trout Toc 55 reel, which comes pre-spooled with smooth 8lb fluorocarbon that’s ideal for trout presentations. The reel’s aluminum body feels solid, with a smooth drag system that handles sudden, aggressive runs perfectly, and it stays corrosion-free even after frequent wading sessions.
This combo is ideal for both new toc fishing enthusiasts looking for an affordable, ready-to-fish setup, and seasoned anglers needing a backup travel rod. It performs consistently for drift fishing, casting spinners, and working wet flies, making it a reliable addition to any angler’s gear collection.Toc rod combo: 5m telescopic rod, 10-30g lure + Lexica Trout Toc 55 reel
